The staff of Edifice Inc. wants to thank you for your business! Your shed building is warranted with the same personal character with which it was built.
The building you have purchased is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, as noted below. If you find your building to have any defects in the material or workmanship during this period, Edifice, Inc. will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the component in question free of charge to you.
This warranty does not apply to weather-related damage, vandalism, abuse, or acts of God. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply when modifications are made to the building, if the building is set upon an improper pad, if the roof slope is less than a 2/12 pitch due to customizations requested by the customer, or if the skids are set below the surface level of the ground. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surface, and general aging, which is common to any outdoor product exposed to natural elements, are not covered.
All Chicken COOPs and Dog Kennels have a voided warranty for all damages related to water damage inside the structure, placement on uneven ground, or animal-related damages of any kind. Any relocation will void any and all warranties.
